JVC KW-M865BW Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Car Stereo with 6.8 Touchscreen

The VC's KW-M865BW digital multimedia receiver offers the convenience of wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without cables, thanks to its built-in Wi-Fi. This receiver adds a wealth of music sources, phone features, hands-free calling, and innovative sound-shaping tools, all accessible through a customizable 6.8" Clear Resistive touchscreen.

With three camera inputs, you can connect a cargo cam, a front-view cam, a backup cam, and more. Additionally, the A/V input can be used for a camera if needed. For compatible vehicles and with the addition of a select iDatalink Maestro module, you can retain blind spot cameras through these extra camera inputs. If you have a backseat crew in need of entertainment, you can feed them video by connecting additional monitors to the receiver's video output.

The general features of this receiver include a 6.8" resistive touchscreen display, Wi-Fi certification, Waze-readiness with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, customizable display background, live wallpaper, and digital angle adjustment for better in-dash visibility. It is designed to fit double-DIN dash openings.

The Bluetooth and smartphone features include compatibility with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto (wireless or wired), hands-free calling and audio streaming with dual phone connection, and the JVC Streaming DJ feature, which allows music streaming and control from up to five paired smartphones. It also charges Apple and Android devices using the USB connection.

In terms of audio and video features, the receiver plays USB memory devices, has a 13-band equalizer with digital time alignment, and features K2 technology to improve the digital sound for all music sources. It also provides subwoofer level, phase, and low-pass crossover controls, but does not play CDs.

The expandability options include compatibility with SiriusXM satellite radio tuner. The inputs include two rear USB inputs, a rear A/V input (mini), and three camera inputs (with the A/V input also usable for a camera). The outputs include a rear video output (RCA) and 6-channel preamp outputs (5-volt front, rear, subwoofer).

Additionally, the receiver is compatible with the iDataLink Maestro module, and a wired connection to the parking brake is required to access settings and other features on this receiver (the brake must be connected and set for video display). The installation size of the receiver is 7" x 3-15/16" x 6-2/16" (178 x 100 x 155 mm).
